Brendin Leland | Founder and Managing Partner
Brendin Leland is a founder and managing partner of Anchor Capital Investments LLC. Brendin leads all aspects of financial analysis and strategic planning from acquisitions through asset management.
Prior to this Brendin worked at Lockheed Martin and managed the business operations and analysis of a $1B+ portfolio of programs.
Brendin received a B.S in Finance and a Masters in Management from Colorado State University.
Ashley Leland | Founder and Managing Partner
Ashley Leland is a managing partner and founder of Anchor Capital Investments, LLC. Ashley specializes in relationships with brokers, property managers, and investors. She is well known for her abilities in organization, management, communications, negotiations, and capital raising.
Previously a Realtor, Ashley has an extensive background from residential to commercial. She loves guiding others on smart investment decisions through the acquisition of Real Estate. Her experiences have led to knowledge in the multi-family housing market, making her a well-rounded and educated expert in all aspects of the field.
